I am getting ready to fabricate these parts and the criteria is WS - 33739A. Is it in the D17.1 requirements? Thanks for the help

Is this a military project?  That spec could possibly be related to a project peculiar document.  In any case it is not related to D17.1 as far as I know

It's probably a proprietary specification, owned by the design company or OEM.  If it's off a drawing, you can always try to contact the company who owns it.  Lockheed, Boeing, they both have their own welding specs.  Good luck.

Can't find that exact spec but I have several very close to those numbers and they are all ATK spec's. Hope this helps

Uh is that the one for welding barbed wire to a ceder post , crack of dawn or a broker heart? There are so many.
