Where is a good start on qualifying a shop for a certain procedure?
Mig Tig specific to certain pipe sizes etc?
Are there blank WPS & PQR available to fill out online etc.
I have an outside testing resource for NDT & DT
Thanks

You can download a bunch of forms, directly from ASME, at the website below:

PipeIt where I work we use an outside source to do all our NDT & DT for us and the company that does it has there on paper work. You might need to contact the company doing your testing.
