in the API 4f ,it required to make RT and UT for only the part which the applicable stress is more than 70% of the allowable stress ,my question is if we use both AWS D1-1 and API we will use RT and UT according to the API or AWS because according to AWS we will use RT and UT too much , my industries is drilling rigs fabrication
