If a meeting could be arranged how many people could you get to come?
This years schedule is set in stone, but anything is possible for the years to come.

Is there a welding school nearby?
Is there a group of members or guests that would come? (20 to 30)
Do you have a meeting idea to plan it around?
Would you be willing to do the local planning and be the local host?
Most likely members from the Front Range would not drive that far in the winter as you can understand.
We do have one of the larger area sections.

I'll look in to it. Grand Junction could be accomidating. My plans have changed drastically since the drilling has stopped around here, so we'll see.........

Grand Junction is not in the Colorado Section 039, but the counties just north of that: Garfield, Pitkin, Lake, Park, Jefferson, Douglas, Elbert, Washington & Yuma counties is the southern section 039 border. (East to West) That puts Grand Junction in Colorado Section 146 which works out of Colorado Springs.
Yes the construction industry in general is slowing down, but don't stop looking for a place to meet. Maybe Dillon or even Steamboat.
There is lots of welding going on up by Craig & Steamboat Springs I hear.

That figures. I just moved from Craig 6 months ago because it was slow. Story of my life - day late and a dollar short.
