Gentlemen,
I am looking for some inspection documents, to be more specific:
- Some kind of "sign off form" which has to signed whenever a hold point has been inspected
- A release for hydro test form

That kind of stuff, I am really not that good with a computer, but if I could get something to get me started then perhaps I am able to modify it myself.
I hope I made myself clear :)

its an Excel file.
If you don't have MS office, theres a program called( I think) open office, or office org. that works ok, its a free download if you do a search.

Listen. Nobody is throwing any bait. It's just that the way I grew up, people that talk to each other as mush as the people on this forum do, can pat a person on the back and make a friendly comment. Kind of like we were standing next to each other. Are your skins so thin that you can't see that? There was absolutely no malice in that comment and was none inferred! If I wanted to call someone something, I sure wouldn't do it thru the anonymity of this forum. So guys, relax alittle bit. Life is way too short to spend it pissing and moaning about things that don't matter.

3.2 Inspector, you give sound advise. "Sounds like somebody should stop smoking crack."

But it's really, really hard  to stop :)

Sorry, couldn't help myself. I only have a hydro test form but it doesn't have hold points just final signatures.
I might post it tomorrow (Monday) if time permits.

waynekoe,
That comment was totally unnecessary. :-( This person is conducting themself in a respectable manner and has been for a while.

I agree with you 100% John. It is very pleasant surprise to see the complete turn around as of late.

I think it will be much easier to control if every inspection stages the ITP have to be signed off (initial) by the fabricator QC / TPI / owner rep until you reach the hydro test etc.

You might be correct, however on this project things are a little......different.
Thats why I would like as many different documents I can, and then maybe modify them to this particular project.

And to be honest, I also want to see how others are dealing with it in general, and hopefully benefit from it :)
It is my understanding that Americans in general have a very strict "documentation route" which has to be followed.

I normally do the same...to raise some questions and see how others are dealing with it. Choose the best answers and learn new things.
Even though you know the answer but it's nice to feel that someone provide the same answer like what you think is correct.
