I was trying to find a couple things of particular interest to this crowd, my shop is so general but here are simple hinge setups. We make the stock up and cut pieces off in the saw. They can be bent to give relief for opening doors, etc.

Yes, I was loading them. I often put a piece of hose on the pin especially where they are somewhere with engine running to keep noise down. Good for field work where materials can be found on site if needed and can be made as heavy as you want.

Nice!  I like that top photo, it's a nice example of backstep weld sequence.
