hello all the outfit i've been putting casing heads on for is wanting more paperwork for the quality control department.  all they said was he wanted an extreme test done.  I'm assuming that 2'' sch 40 uphill root 5p and lh fill and cap 6g would work.  any thoughts would be super thanks..   shannon

Shannon,
Pretty sure Cactus means 5" Diameter, XX Strong wall thickness (19.05 mm)
You need to look at what diameter your casings are and what wall thickness.
Also is it ASME IX or API 1104 you are using ?
If it is ASME IX, 2" Sch 40 will give you all diameters but only 7.8 mm wall thickness based on 2 x "T" of 3.91 mm.
If that is sufficient good, otherwise look at 2" Sch 80 (qualified to 11 mm) or 2" XX (qualified to 22 mm)
Hope that helps,
Regards,
Shane
