It seems that the French know how to build a high speed train.

"the train was traveling at 150 kilometers per hour (90 mph) when it hit the (concrete) slabs"....."no one was injured"

"But a case of Bordeaux became 'corked' and had to be discarded."

Hogan

"no one was injured"  sounds good, but I think it is more significant that;"...The train from the Belgian capital, Brussels, to Perpignan was damaged but was able to continue to its destination after an hour's delay."

Nope, injuries are more "significant" than delays.  Poke-:)
