I was wondering what the ultimate tensile strength and yield strength are for this grade steel.

I confess my ignorance. It doesn't sound like an ASTM, SAE or AISI grade of steel. Which standard does it follow? Perhaps API or MIL?

Kendall,
Per T9074-BD-GIB-010/0300 the manufacturer of HY-100 plate is not required to report a UTS unless it is specified by the purchaser.  Yield strength (0.2% offset) is 100-120 ksi.  Elongation and reduction in area requirements vary according to thickness.

HY-80- and HY-100 were developed for the US Navy and you won't find much information readily available.  Chemistry not a problem but Mechanicals are not so abundant
