ive been welding for over 10 years. iv been exposed to alot of galvanived fumes throughout the years. it hasnt been until recently that i started wearing a resperator. what medical test should i ask my doctor to perform, and what should he be looking for in these tests. thanks . ps. i had a lead test last year and it came back ok.

Brian,
the yellow fumes emitted by galvanized steel welding are mostly zinc oxide, a poisonous compound. I'm not a doctor, so I can't tell you what kind of tests you should be submitted to.
You should go to a doctor specialized in occupational deseases and he'll tell you what you should do.
