Anybody hear what the cause of the canopy/bridge collapse was? I heard that the erector was using scaffolding to support it while it was being erected and concrete was being poured. I guess the scaffolding couldn't hold all the wait.

Looking at the news reports, I wonder if what they were calling "scaffolding" was falsework and forms.
