hey sam how did you get your led lights to flash right when you turn on your turn signal?
Parent - - By sjkelly328 (**) Date 01-05-2009 02:09
they dont flash right. they flash real fast. i am still trying to hook them up so they will blink slow. i just haven't been able to figure it out
Parent - - By shawnray (*) Date 01-05-2009 02:16
somebody told me there was a converter box for dodge to run leds i dont if that is true or where you get them but would like to find out.
Parent - - By texasrigwelder (**) Date 01-05-2009 02:26
yes theres one the leds dont pull enough jiuce so it thinks you light is out
Parent - - By shawnray (*) Date 01-05-2009 02:42
do you know what it is called or where to get one?
Parent - - By Shooter71 (**) Date 01-05-2009 03:08
An electronic flasher is supposed to slow them down, at least it worked on my Jeep
Parent - By CCash Date 01-05-2009 03:20
Very nice rig! On ours we installed the stock bulb inside the tool box and pigtailed to the LED, it slowed the LED down to normal, and it doubles as a interior light for the box at night.

I have a 07 dodge rigged out and decided to use leds and i haven't been able to get the drivers side blinker to blink slow. Once in a while it will work so i don't know what the story is with it. On my old rig when I put leds in it they would always blink fast untill I put a heavier flasher unit in it.

Advance Auto has a ceramic ground out that is made for slowing down your led lights. It wires into the light and it's only a few bucks. It grounds across the hot and ground on your light to slow it down. It doesn't hurt anything they are made for this. Worked for my lights on my dodge rig and they've been on there for about 7 years.  By the way I have to agree, that's the best looking rig I think I have ever seen man, DAMN NICE
