Do you have the pics uploaded to your computer ? In your pictures folder on your desk top , you should be able to see them . When you click the 'attach' icon... it takes you to a 'upload' page. Click the 'browse' icon near the bottom and it will take you to your documents on your computer. There is where you will find your pics to upload. You click on the search arrow next to the 'documents' window. Scroll down to 'your pictures' ... click it . Then , you search your pics and click on the ones you want to upload. If by chance , they're too big to upload , then you have to open them in another program to shrink them .  Just try to upload first ... if you have to shrink ... then we will go from there.  Once you pick your pics then you click 'open' and they go to the upload page . You now click the 'upload' icon .  Try that .
