Well boys and girls the list of the 200 best (and worst) jobs in America is out and we are ranked number 193. That is one place about the Fuc*ing Garbage man. Hahahahaha. Ain't that a bitc*!!! There is a "shortage" of welders and the fine pricks at the Wall Street Journal compiles this crappy list. That is sure going to help youngins get into the biz.

Real estate agent. Stock broker. CEOs of the Big 3. (Can you believe that they have to fly commercial now) That's not fair LOL.
After close study of the list, I've determined that by inverting it, you get the list of the 100 most interesting jobs, reinvert it back to it's original form and it becomes the list of 100 most boring jobs.
My garbage man rides around all day in the country, in a big truck with air ride, air conditioning/heat, listening to music and letting the forks on the truck empty dumpsters into the back. Sounds kinda fun to me.
But something tells me the young men and women who might pursue a career in welding, logging or fighting fires aren't going to even see that list ; )

Yeah that list is as backwards as the pay scale associated with them too. When I was a firefighter in a city the trash truck drivers got better starting pay than we did ? We had more fun though :)
They missed porn star as being one of the best jobs at least that's what I saw in Hustlers survey.
Thats a job that gets harder to find the more experiance (aged) you have!
I dont know for sure how welding got behind "Child Care Worker" but Im pretty sure listening to my diesel whine is more enjoyable than kids, or their lack of discipline parents whine. And as far as I believe "Historian" should be #1 we should look more into history. The "Meteorologist" is in the top 20 for what reason? "Mathematician" is just what the Gov. needs. Anyways I'm glad "WELDER" is in the top 200 but looking up to the more aged welders, and then looking into my era, its becoming a lost art. It will soon be in the top 100 due to need of welders. Thats what I see, being nearsighted.

One of the assumptions made in the survey was that physical labor is undesirable. Which is a good assumption for people who don't like physical labor, but is a bad assumption for the workforce as a whole. Other factors they used, such as safety and salary, are more objective.

I bet the guy who's job it was to make that list, is number 201. He just stopped the list at 200 because it's a nice round number.
