where can u find what the dew point forGMAW andFCAW what the shielind gas must exhibit? The code book takes u to 5.3.1.3. It doesn't give you actual termps.

In the back of D1.1 C-5.3.1.3 gives some info on dew points.
That might have what you are looking for.

You will need to look at AWS A5.32 if you want the specific dew point temps. What gas or blend of gasses are you using?

As John stated, AWS A5.32 is the industry standard for shielding gases.

It is one of those standards that many people are not aware of. It has a lot of useful information on shielding gases that a CWI should have available.
