need a user friendly wire that will meet min 77,000 tensile  with notch toughness properties.     This would have to be a self shielding wire.  Any suggestions

We was using Lincoln Pipeliner wire on X-70 and X-70 to X-80 pipe for the REX pipeline. Hobart has one out but it's not very user friendly as you can get porosity very quickly if the voltage isn't set just right. When we started using the Lincoln wire, the porosity problems almost quit and we could also carry a lil more metal plus not have to worry about the volts as bad. I think it was Pipeliner NR-207+. Tensiles were being pulled at 110,000 psi, or more I think, and the pipe gave 99% of the time and the other 1% was where the weld met the pipe wall and all were clean breaks.
