In GMAW welding if I'm butt welding two ss plates or tubes of 2mm & 4mm thickness, which thickness should be considered for setting Input current & voltage.
Please, let me know as soon as possible.

Try this. Miller has an online welding calculator that can get you close then you can tweek it as needed.
