Ctacker,
Check out the following website - http://www.postle.com/Left%20Frame/Intro.htm

Postle Industries is one of the leading manufacturers of smalll diameter, tubular filler metal alloys (as well as some special electrodes) in the USA/World.
On the webpage, click on the "Impact Resistant Products" at the bottom of the page. These are in the family of manganese steel alloys, normally used for applications where high levels of impact are seen.  The data sheets for these three fillers can be found by clicking on the "Data Sheets" tab on the left side of the webpage and then selecting the alloy of interest.

The owners of the company, John and Chris are very knowledgeable and will certainly be able to help you.  Give them a call at:
Postle Industries Inc.

Ctacker,
When you copy/paste the link, you actually come up with a different page than I intended to send you to.  You will need to click on "Causes of Wear" on the left side of the page and then select "Impact".  That will take you to the page where  you click on "Impact Resistant Products" on the bottom of the page.  Sorry for the confusion.

You can also look at Stoody products for the manganese base metals.  Check out Nicromang/Dynamang on page 3 and page 22/23 of the selection guide:
