I just got a TIG setup running out in my shop and would appreciate a jump start on welding 3003 aluminium that is .063 thick. How much current should I start with and what diameter tungsten would work best?

Many thanks in advance,

Use a 2.4 mm, 2% thorium (EWTh-2) tungsten electrode and 60Ampere and AC current.
Taper the end of electrode until to make its diameter 1mm. it causes to concentrate arc.

Best Regards
