Guys--I hope someone can help me with a possible answer??

I was just asked by a potential customer if : " We could do cold working , regarding welding, and that it had something to do with pressure vessels..."

Now this was verbatum said to me from our outside sales person who just relayed this question to me  from the customer.

Hope someone here may know what they are talking about ?
