in section 6.3.1(qualification for multiple :
welder have choice to make weld in the horizontal position or 45 degree .
in section 6.3.2 they said welder who complete butt joint according to 6.3.1  with outside diameter equal or greater 12.7 in will be qualified for all position for all wall thickness and diamter.
does this mean if welder make test in 5G and branch weld he will be qualified according to 6.3.2  in all position included 6G . and if this right why in 6.3.1 mension the welder can make 45 degree ? I hope to read 6.3 before reply.
