My problem is about the PWHT ...

I would like to weld  M270 Gr345W (A588 Gr. 50) under AWS D1.5 provitions with SMAW E8018-C1

If you look on SFA 5.5 table 3, you can see that E8018-C1 need PWHT to fulfill the requirements and mechanical properties.

It means that in production welding  I have to do a PWHT to ensure de mechanical propierties, specially de CVN? Where can I get the information to justify the use of a E8018-C1

That PWHT is for the test assembly that the electrode manufacturer makes to certify the electrode to AWS A5.5 classification.  It isn't required by the fabricator except for those cases where D1.5 explicitly requires PWHT.
