I am wondering if somebody can tell me what temperature Propane produces. I also would like to know where I can find this info for future references purposes. I believe it is 3K-4K F but need to be reassured. Thanks in Advance.

The maximum temperature of oxypropane flame is approximately 5300 degrees F. or 2030 C. The Jefferson Welding Encyclopedia is an excellent quick reference for this type of question. It is available from AWS.
