The Omnibus Act also is responsable for shutting down the Shale oil and Tar Lands which could have been enviromentally explored with new existing methods even the Nature Conservitory would approve of. Essentionally putting to rest the 1.3 Million barrels of oil and 9.3 Trillion cubic feet of Narural gas. Most say that those two fields would have kept the USA energy indepentant for Centuries.

Put that up against the 1994 Wildlands reserve and Corridors act. This garbage makes Al Gore look even more communist.

2010 will bring some overdue seat changes, then in 2012 the new President can scratch out all of the laws Gutting the USA of values, free enterprise and hope.
