Does Variable 2 in Table 4.6 apply to fillet welds?  Per Table 4.2 Note d, CJP qualifies any size fillet for any thickness.  Does the PQR that was tested 3G vertical up on 1/2" A514 plate and subsequently CVN tested now limit my WPS fillet weld qualification to only 1/2" to 1" or does Table 4.2 Note d still apply?
