A519 is a comprehensive spec listing dozens of grades of carbon and alloy steels. What is the grade you are working with? If it is 1018, 1020, 1022, 1025 & 1026; the material is similar to carbon steel (ASME Section IX lists these materials as S-1, meaning similar to P-1). Charles Hall
