Usually it takes an admin to do this, because of the needed passwords and such. PM the administrator and inquiry.

When I saw your original post I did everything I could to find a way. No luck. Of course, I am not the computer type. I use four pound hammers to type. Especially when it won't do what 'I want'.

I have been very busy on a job out of town with very limited internet access.

My only conclusion: Start a whole new account. Start over and just leave the other one idle. Yes, an administrator could do it. Seems easier, and faster, just to go through everything as if you were never here.

I went thru same problem, I sent PM to Ross he is a site admin. so I could change my user name took about 7 days. I tried opening new account but had problems because of e-mail address and did not want to open new e-mail account.
