healthcare tax Before or after its taken out?

If they tax health care at what point will it get taxed?
After its taken from my check or is it taxed along with the rest of my check. Any see where im going with this question, im not sure im describing right.
Could this effect my overall tax bracket?

I'm not sure I'd worry about it too much mike. The plan is to tax the employers as well. When that happens most, if not all, will drop coverage, knowing the gubmints will pick up the slack, and so the issue of your tax burden will be moot.
This is the lie of choice.
