It struck me that if the building design can roll over and still maintain square edges as it did, even withstanding the fact that a hole had been blown into the bottom of it, that the design of that building was a damn good one.
I agree. The foundation may have been bad, but that building was all there to roll like that. :-) I would be on the fritz if I was in the next building. It shook pretty good. We would have been tearing a new door to the ground. LOL
I doubt it also, I seen it on the national news yesterday evening.
