I'm planning to build an above ground rectangular pool 8 x 4ft by 18 inch deep.  Any advice about choice of materials (galvanized 1/8 " ?) And welding tips. Also advice re base required - gravel ok? Or concrete pad? Thx bent and twisted in canada
