A buddy told me that one time ... ' there's a butt load of rigs here in west texas . You aughta come out and work with them .'    HA  HA  I wasted fuel , energy , and time  going out there . Those guys lived there and have been gone on a job forever and just came home .  I quit right then of listening to others and running when they saw a rig pull into town .  LOL

do you know who the contractor on the job is?
Parent - By tighand430 (***) Date 08-18-2009 02:14
The contractors are gonna be Price-Gregory, think Michels has some, and Sheehan. If it's by Carrollton, it's gonna be Price-Gregory.

They are there. 798s got the Keystone line goin on out there and there's a couple of pump stations for the line that Foltz welding has out of 597s jurisdiction. My buddy was out at the Tina station just north of Carrollton but got transfered back to his original station in Centralia.

ya i wanna say they was calling that 42" the rex line (i think). i swapped some launchers and recievers around for kinder morgan last yr on that line in missouri and nebraska.

It's the 30" Keystone line for Trans-Canada they're running now. The REX came thru there about two years ago. The 30" is paralelling parts of two different lines. One is the Platte line and thinkin the other is a Panhandle line but don't hold me to it.
