Are there any pre qualified pipe in either D1.1 or 1104?

In D1.1 there are but with conditions AWS D1.1 2008 Clause 3.13.3.
Basically for the weld to be CJP you have to be able to weld from both sides or use backing, otherwise it is considered a PJP.

I am going to assume that they are butt joints, CJP, without backing, welded from one side. AWS D1.1 does not allow this for prequalified joint detail.

As for API 1104, the procedure needs to be qualified. I have an outdated edition. Maybe it has changed since then.
