Anyone know where I can find a phase diagram for 65.5% Zn, 27% Cu, 7.5% Sn? It's a brazing alloy if that helps. Thanks.

Ooooh, a ternary diagram for Zn-Cu-Sn! What transformation points are you looking for? You may be able to get this from the brazing alloy manufatcurer's technical literature if you are just looking at liquidus and solidus.

You might try here for a reference:

Or, if you want to give it a shot, combine the Zn-Cu, Zn-Sn and Cu-Sn diagrams:

http://cyberbuzz.gatech.edu/asm_tms/phase_diagrams/pd/zn_sn.jpg

It may be easier to call the alloy manufacturer.

One additional thought on this: If you are looking for transformation temperatures for a specific alloy, you have a sample of the alloy, but can't get the info from the manufacturere, then send a sample to a lab that does Differential Thermal Analysis (DTA) and tell them what you want. DTA is a good test for this and fairly fast and easy to perform if you have the equipment. But the equipment is expensive and not something you would normally buy unless you have a lot of this type work to do.
