I'm new at the business. Trying to figure out what would be a fair rate for a customer to make him some wps or qualafy a welder. i live in california. Have been inspecting structural for 6 years but just recently became a cwi. Want to do start my career being a professional at what i do. Any good advice outhere?  Oh yeah how do i score my own work. I do all my work thru labs which get almost half my money.
