Required min mat'l thickness for PWHT in European Norms

Hi Everybody,
Does anyone knows the name of the applicable "EN" standard for the selection of PWHT application. Whether it is required or not and if required upto which extend ?

ASME B31.3 defines it very clearly but I need the equivalent one in EN.

Are you talking about a specific material or general information?

EDIT: We need to know if you are talking pipelines, structure or...?
In case we are talking pipe welding, the design standard will most likely be EN 13480-1/6
