Up Topic Chit-Chat & Non-Welding Discussion / Off-Topic Bar and Grill / Listing all of your guns on 2010 tax 1040 papers??????

Now 'all Guns' must be listed
on your next (2010) tax return!

As if we didn't have enough to get upset about!
If you have a gun, I hope it isn't registered!

Senate Bill SB-2099 will require us to put on our 2009 1040 federal tax form all guns that you have or own. It will require fingerprints and a tax of $50 per gun.
| This bill was introduced on Feb.. 24, 2009, by the Omama staff.  BUT . .  this bill will only become public knowledge 30 days after the new law becomes effective !   This is an amendment to the Internal Revenue Act o f 1986.  This means that the Finance Committee has passed this without the Senate voting on it at all.     Trust Obama ? ..... you must be kidding !
|
The full text of the IRS amendment is on the U.S. Senate homepage,U.S. Senate <http://www.senate.gov/> You can find the bill by doing a search by the bill number, SB-2099.
| You know who to call; I strongly suggest you do. Please send a copy of this e-mail to every gun owner you know.|

<Text of H.R.45 as Introduced in House: Blair Holt's Firearm Licensing and Record of  Sale Act of 2009 -  U.S. ... OpenCongress<http://www.opencongress.org/bill/111-h45/text> |

Obama's Congress is now starting on the firearms confiscation bill. If it passes, gun owners will become criminals if you don't fully comply.

It has begun . . .  Whatever Obama's secret Master Plan is....this is just the 'tip of the iceburg!'

Very Important for you to be aware of a new bill HR 45 introduced into the House. This is the Blair Holt Firearm Licensing & Record of Sale Ac t of 2009.|

Even gun shop owners didn't know about this because the government is trying to fly it under the radar as a 'minor' IRS revision, and, as usuual, the 'political' lawmakers did not read this bill befre signing and approving it !

To find out about this - go to any government website and type in HR 45 or Google HR 45 Blair Holt Firearm Licensing & Record of Sales Act of 2009. You will get all the information.

Basically this would make it illegal to own a firearm - any rifle with a clip or ANY pistol unless:

-It is registered -You are fingerprinted -You supply a current Driver's License -You supply your Social Security # -You will submit to a physical & mental evaluation at any time of their choosing -Each update - change or ownership through private or public sale must be reported and costs $25 - Failure to do so you automatically lose the right to own a firearm and are subject up to a year in jail. -There is a child provision clause on page 16 section 305 stating a child-access provision. Gun must be locked and inaccessible to any child under 18. -They would have the right to come and inspect that you are storing your gun safely away from accessibility to children and fine is punishable for up to 5 yrs. in prison.

If you think this is a joke - go to the website and take your pick of many opt ions to read this. It is long and lengthy. But, more and more people are becoming aware of this. Pass the word along. Any hunters in your family pas s this along.|

This is just a "termite" approach to complete confiscation of guns and disarming of our society to the point we have no defense - chip away a little here and there until the goal is accomplished before anyone realizes it.

This is one to act on whether you own a gun or not..

Please.. copy and send this out to EVERYONE in the  USA , whether you support the Right to Bear Arms or are for gun control. We all should have the right to choose.

THIS IS TOTALLY UNCONSTITUTIONAL AND THE NRA IS TAKING IT ALL THE WAY TO THE SUPREME COURT IF IT HAS TO!!! THE RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS IS NOT TAXABLE BECAUSE IT IS A RIGHT AND NOT A PRIVILEGE!!! THIS TAX IS ILLEGAL AND THEY CAN ALL GO FARK THEMSELVES IF THEY THINK THAT I'M GOING TO GIVE THEN A FRIGGIN DIME!!! THEY'LL HAVE TO KILL ME FIRST!!!

Respectfully,
Henry

And there are many more links.

I stopped believing much of what I see on the Internet a long time ago.  When it says click here to see a 19 year old virgin, hell, she looks like a 45 year old bar whore.   :-)

Damn, you won't have a need for guns soon enough, you're gonna have a heart attack.  :-)

For *once*  Bryon is right!

This evil bill was actually and truly put out in 2000..... Nobody gave it the time of day, and it died.

Plenty of Dem's would love to see this thing resurrected.. But it is not in the works.

There are plenty of real issues to take President Obama to task for... I have no idea why some whackjob conservatives try to invent new crisis with old worn out tales...   This is not to impune the current poster.. He just passed on what he thought was true.. But somebody down the line knew better and is trying to stirr the pot.

It was resubmitted early this year. However to my knowledge it was still born.

Thats just one of many postings from various senators and representatives who are quick on the draw to let folks know the bill has no support.

Lawrence,
I got it from a overly concerned bud of mine. He sort of made fun of it as to its abscure nature. Anyone that thinks this would make a good law is absolutely insane and anti-American. The checking that I did does show where it was re-introduced and sent on to stupid politicions who will undoubtably make it even more Constitutional rights. I am not sure if it makes someone a wackjob conservative to be concerned about the spending spree congress is on and the big"O"'s inability to keep any campain promises or refuse to sign the latest garbage coming out of the manure "Hill".

The Dems will tromp all comers to keep the money trail from run out of bubbles. I would not consider myself a conservative but an enraged American. Part of the problem in America is that our indivigual special interests get in the way of our duty to our forefathers and our fallen servicemen. You have to hope that this current nightmare will come to a screaching hault before we have to have a major rebellion to get the attention of Washington DC. We are not responsable for the whole worlds state. We maybe should fix our economic problems here at home before embarquing on a crusade of sorts. Who is shelling out zillions to help the USA?

I think that making us the lowly equal to some flea infested third world country serves only the Chosen Few. They have been nutured to be our saviors or at least thats what they would like us to believe. Chipping away at self esteem, monitary security, self defence and morals will make for a slow comeback to reality. The fact that anyone would even allow this sort of "legislation" to plug up America's lawmakers at a time when it should be all hands on deck is the abscure note.  Hope you had a nice holiday.

Dave

Everything else in me is starting to get old and will inevitably fail but my heart!!! My point is this simply put: If these jerks try to attempt to do this again, they'll have to kill me first before they get a friggin penny and I'll take a few of them with me just for trying!!! CAPECHE???
DO YOU FEEL LUCKY PUNK??? I DIDN'T THINK SO!!! ;) BESIDES, YOU DON'T EVEN QUALIFY PUKE!!!

They can have my guns...........I'll give them the bullets first!!!!  I personally think most of it is fear mongering just to stirr the public up and to stimulate the economy  People buying up all the ammo at wal-mart etc.   Buddy of mine asked me what I was going to do if I suddenly needed ammo?  Told him if the need arises  I'd just shoot his dumb ass and take his since he was going around and telling everyone he was buying it all up ....Just advertising to everyone where to find it we they need it ;)

While many good rumors start on the internet there are lawmakers working on this bill, because it was sent into commitee and not heard from again means ?? The FSS will be on fast track if the immigration amnesty bill passes. Think that wont have lots of exrta pages attatched to it?  Not all that glitters is gold.

Lets hope its not real as it would make the Statue of Liberty scrap iron and copper.

It will not pass... EVER. Pushing the limits of The Second Amendment will for sure lead to blood shed on a large scale. It will not be a pleasant experience for anyone.

"You gonna pull them pistols or whistle Dixie?" :-)

"I'll make ya famous." :-)
