Does anyone have the ASME or AWS standard for electrode exposure? I need to know for E7018, E8018, and E9018. I thought that I had that information and I don't. If possible, could you tell me the ref. number so I can tell my boss... Thank you all in advance

Note that exposure time, table 5.1, for 8018 is 2 hr. max unless they are the moisture resistant type, then over 2 to 10 max. 9018 is 1 hr max unless moisture resistant, then 1 to 5 hr.

Often the exposure time is written on the eletrode box. In these cases you don't need to worry because you don't have the standards at hand.
Check if this isn't your case.
