if some one can guide how much load the fillet weld in slot holes can carry. when it will get subject to weld failure.
case: A 10 thick plate (liner) of 1.48m long has 5 slots of size 150 x 50 is getting welded (a7 size) to another shell plate. The 10 thick plate which is welded to shell has inturn welded with angles @ 2 position which is getting bolted with lifter plate of 0.43t. whether this weld design will suffice to carry 0.43 ton.

You are asking a question that should be directed to an structural engineer. Unless the welds are in-line with the load, there are bending moments that need to be considered. The strength of the filler metal must be considered, the allowable stress permitted on the plug welds in tension or shear, and the allowable stress permitted on the base metal must be factored in.
