API 1104 self explanatory title is "Welding of pipelines and related facilities".
I couldn't find anything about API 1107. Call toll-free the American Petroleum Institute at 1-800-624-3974 and ask them. Don't be afraid. At the end of API's List of Publications it's written "Doubts? Questions? (about the publications, of course) Call 1-800-624-3974".
Once you've known what's the title of the standard, please post it into this same site. I'm very interested in knowing it. Thank you.

Thankyou Marty, now I know why I couldn't find anything on API 1107 on the API website. It's because 1107 now makes part of 1004.
Every day one learns something new.
