Career Day Speaker needs assistance

I was called today about talking to high school students about welding as a career this Friday. Can someone put me on who to talk to in Miami to get me some handouts to these students before Friday?
I called the switchboard and they put me into voice mail hell with someone in the Education dept.
Any specific name who could help this happen?
I was asked to speak for 45 minutes with a 30 minute Q&A for 25 or so students and 2 counselors.

This is a bad week to call Miami. Everyone is at the Show and the Board of Directors meetings.

Yea, about 30 of those would be handy. I guess I will see if anybody in Miami takes the time to check their voice mail.
