Assuming its the same as my classic II sa250 you sould have the regular Neg and Pos studs for stick just bellow would be the CV Neg. If you are running DC+ wire the lead to LN-25 would hook to the + same stick stud and the ground would come off CV Neg stud. Make sure the regular stick ground is not touching metal at the same time "messes up the welding for some reason"

Try switching the LN25 to CC mode. There should be a toggle inside the suitcase that says CV/CC. Put you SA 250 back to stick mode and hook up the LN25 like you would a stinger. See how that welds.
