For suggested UT report form I could not find any report form in D1.1M. I found, but there is a not that mention this form can not be used for tubular structures. I am using D1.1M 2008 edition. this form is on page 344 Annex-M. Is there a ny suggested format for tubular structures or what type of report should I use.
I replied to this question in the other thread. Check with your Level III to see if they included a form for you to report your examinations on.
