A simple question
Stamped on the olets is a number 36-3 am i correct in thinking thats the range of pipe its suited for?
Its the only marking i cannot identify.
it has heat grade material manufactures ect

Yes, that is the pipe sizes it is designed for. Usually just a little grinding involved to get a good fit. With that range it must be a small TOL.
