What type of C of C should I get?
I have a Purchase Order For a 1\4 half coupling with a plug; this will be welded to the pressure boundary.
The PO calls for ASME SB-363 (Specification for seamless and welded unalloyed Titanium and Titanium Alloy Welding Fittings)

The Certs I was given has as a material Spec of SB-348 (Specification For Titanium and Titanium Alloy Bars and billets)
So My Questions are…..
1)  Is a half coupling considered a Welding fitting? ( it will be welded)
2)  Should the stamping on the pieces and Certs reflect SB-363 or SB-348?
Any info would be good.
