My question actually is concerning the notes for these two figures, particularly note 9 which makes further reference to note E ?!?

Note E, is somehow eluding me, and is on the verge of driving me nuts.
Is it possible the notes have changed for 2002, without being marked as a revision or am I missing the obvious (like that ever happens), anyhow please help.

Good catch. There is no note E, probably another typo. Typist possibly confused this with (E)? My guess is they were referencing note 8.

I was able to round up an earlier edition and found that they did indeed change the designation of the notes from Alphabetic to Numeric, It kinda makes sense now, I've got enough to do some deductive reasoning anyway. I thought that the revisions were supposed to be underlined or noted, oh well.

D1.1:2000 has the alpha notes. It appears that the 2002 note #9 corresponds to the 2000 note Mp. If so, then note #9 in 2002 would be referencing note #6.
