Where are they getting the Max and mins from?
I looked at the MTRs for SA-106 gr B everything was within spec, but I do have a Question .
The Max and Min spec  for the Chems did not math what was in SA-106...nor referenced in SA-533 (I think).
The material was not dual certified (that I could  see), but it did reference European STDS.
Would That be the reason for the Difference?
Not all the tolerances were tighter.
Any opinion?
