after the first of the year it's picked up for us in the ok panhandle, lol actually started getting some over time.  Here in the last week or two the thunder storms have been giving us hell with muddy row.

I'm in central Texas, I know things are getting real busy in South Texas around Laredo, and it seems that there is a few more rigs poping up around here.

Things are starting to pick up in NE Indiana as far as building trade construction, although its been like watching water boil with no flame for the last 18 to 24 months. lol

Up in northern British Columbia, we've been keeping pretty steady as of late with sawmill, CN and the odd pulpmill job.  As we're mainly a service "take work as we get it" company, the schedule tends to vary.  we could be stupidly busy one week and dead slow the next...getting in 40 hours a week anyway...tomorrow will be day 9 of my work week, so I can't complain until the tax man come's a knocking!  :)

Who are you going to work for ?
- - By cole (*) Date 05-20-2010 13:55
Im going to work for a guy out of Arkanas. Dont know much about it. A friend of mine has been working for him for 3 months. They have been getting between 40 and 100 hrs a week. I think most of there rigs are drilling for chesapeke. He's giving me a free place to stay and it's 7 hrs. from my home town so I will give it a try. I've been in TX panhandle chasin for Unit but it slowed down last week.
