Anyone familiar with this material?  Ferralium 255 alloy, Im trying to locate a FCAW Filler wire any recommendations?

By the question I suspect that you have greater need than the filler, which is not uncommon. There are several manufactuers that deal in the duplex fillers for a 25-5.
The first thing however I would suggest is do a forum search on duplex and research what has been well said in the forum already.
You should find quite a bit.
Though Ferralium is readily weldable, the welding 'window' for Ferralium is narrower than it is for the 2205's. And corrosion testing if imposed can be a problem, depending.

Yea  Jim  I am from the area, use to live in Searcy.  I am about ten miles up the goat track that passes for a highway here.  Cal Frac, Cheasepeke and gobs of pipeliners are all over the place.  I have no clue about any work avaliable tho...I see trucks with 798 plates at the unemployment office regularly.  Far as anything else, I have been out of work for 6 months....

Thanks for the info Ill try a search on this forum. Im trying to learn all i can . I found Cor-Met ot of Brighton MI. a good source for duplex fillers, Thay have been very helpfull.
