Does the AWS offer any certifications for fossil fuel piping above 90 psi or do I have to look into an ASME certification?
I have searched numerous websites for information, even Lincoln electric and Hobart but have not found anything
that is specifically for pressures above 90 psi. I might just not be looking in the right place but would appreciate any
information that was provided.

Check the scope section in Chapter I of D1.1.  Pressure piping is specifically excluded from D1.1 regulation.

Are you interested in welder performance qualification or inspector qualifications?
