under a nuclear program where would i find if tacking can be done at a subcontractors rolling facility?
These tacks will be removed and inspected to the fullest.......I have researched this and so far i dont like what i see.
Although every one seems to think tack and grinding is ok..and i do too, but i want to see how i get there in the code.
any opinions?
